Open My Studio and choose “Watch film” for your film. If it is still being made, you can see its progress there. For a guest order, open your studio using the link in your order email.

As a guide, from payment to delivery: Fun film about 15 minutes, gift film about 1 hour, memory film about 3 hours, Advent calendar within 24 hours. These times are approximate. Open your film in My Studio to see its progress.

Open My Studio and select “More actions” for your finished film. Choose “Download MP4”. Depending on your device, the file will be in Downloads or the Files app. You can copy it from there to another device.

To leave a rating or review of your film, open “More actions” for the finished film in My Studio and choose “Rate this film”. For help or to request a correction, contact us. Include your order number, the part of the film affected and what you would like changed.
